Jonathan delivers highly successful, interactive, rhythm-based programs designed to actualize teambuilding, enhance morale and experientially deliver metaphoric learning. Jonathan’s workplace programs have been utilized by corporate, non-profit and governmental institutions including: Johnson and Johnson, Constellation Energy, Adventist Health Care, Beam-Suntory, Maryland Department of Human Resources, University of Maryland, among many others. Using a creative approach and accessible technology, Jonathan’s participants are engaged in experiential activities that are designed to imbed learning within a fun, uplifting format.

Sue L. Pahl LCSW-C, M.Ed.
Sue has over twenty five years experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, School Counselor and Critical Incident Responder. Since 2008, she has been studying percussion and world rhythms which she incorporated into her school counseling program for at-risk children. Her work has been recognized by the Carroll County Maryland Public School system where she has trained school personnel in the use of drumming as an intervention with children and adolescents. Sue is also a certified Health Rhythms facilitator. She has facilitated rhythm-based events with cancer support groups, residents in disaster shelters, after school programs, large organizations and community drum circles.
